Lisa Marie Zbozen je bývalá trenérka online fitness tělocvičny BodyRock.tv, jejíž zakladatelkou byla neméně slavná česká rodačka Zuzka Light. Po jejím odchodu se jako další výraznou osobností a tváří Bodyrocku stala právě Lisa. Dnes vede Lisa-Marie svoji vlastní značku The Wkout - také virtuální tělocvičnu - společně se svou sestrou.

Níže naleznete cvičební HIIT program na 14 týdnů pod názvem HIITMax, který se těšil obrovské oblibě v době BodyRocku. Cvičí se 5x týdně podle následujícího vzorce:

Den 1 - Workout 1
Den 2 - Workout 1+2
Den 3 - Workout 1+2+3
Den 4 - Workout 1+2+3+4
Den 5 - Workout 1+2+3+4+5
Den 6 - volno
Den 7 - volno


Takto je originálně program naplánován a koncipován. Autoři ovšem sami nabádají k možnostem vyhrát si s jednotlivými tréninky a různě je dle potřeby kombinovat, jelikož jde o krátká videa intenzivně zaměřených tréninků.
