EPIC Endgame je pátý komplexní fitness program od Caroline Girvan a také posledním v tréninkové řadě EPIC. Trvá 10 týdnů a čítá 50 tréninkových videí. (EPIC Endgame is the fifth complex fitness programme created by Caroline Girvan and the final part in Epic series. Consisting of 50 training sessions the whole programme takes 10 weeks to complete. Here you can download Caroline's e-book for Endgame, in which you can find recipes, advice, nutrition and fitness tips. You can find there the training plan you can print out as well.
