Caroline Girvan - her popularity started to grow in early 2020 as the covid pandemic hit the world. During the lockdown Caroline started to upload her home workout videos on YouTube and became a sensation. She is a mother of two children, married, living in Northern Ireland, born on June 22, 1987. Her fitness history is quite rich as she gave up her job to become a Certified Personal Trainer, she has a background in running marathons across the globe, Ironman & triathlons.

Její popularita začala vzkvétat na počátku roku 2020, když kovidová pandemie zasáhla celý svět. Během lockdownu se rozhodla nahrát pár svých tréninkových videí na platformu YouTube, aby mohla být blíž svým klientům, které trénovala. Její videa však brzy začali navštěvovat i jiní uživatelé a brzy na to se z Caroline stala senzace. Je matkou dvou dětí, vdaná, žije v Severním Irsku. Narodila se 22. června 1987. Její fitness historie je poměrně bohatá. Vzdala se své práce, aby se stala certifikovanou osobní trenérkou. Účastnila se několika maratonů po celém světě, Ironman soutěží či triatlonů.
